Yvon Mau's branded white Bordeaux is a soft, full-bodied wine, with great citrus flavors.
Premius Sauvignon is made from a prefermentation maceration. The wine is pressed and then decanted at low temperature. The fermentation is done at a controlled temperature (16°C – 18°C) in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged on fine lees for several months to develop its flavour and roundness.
