Quality Organic terroir wine produced in Lebanon. The vineyard, consists of 16,000 vines spread over 6 hectares planted in the Eddé (Batroun) village of north Lebanon at altitudes ranging in between 250 and 400m. They guarantee to use traditional winemaking methods and manual harvesting under the supervision of our French oenologist, Yvan Jobard, a native of Burgundy. The production is artisanal to ensure the quality of our wine. The grape breeding and harvesting are set to favor quality over quantity. Imported from France they were selected from a field study and guidance of European specialists. Our choice fell on the following varietals: Marsanne, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Mourvèdre and Grenache. An Organic certification was obtained for our full range of wine starting 2014.
